Don’t underestimate the importance of inner change, especially if you’re having trouble achieving your goals.

Getting started and keeping the momentum is harder than it looks. I’m sure you know someone who’s tried to lose weight, stop smoking or stop procrastinating, but just can’t seem to make the change last.

There’s always enough time to start tomorrow or after that last doughnut, right?

It’s just like an alcoholic or smoker thinking that it’s just the last one and that he can easily quit after this last drink or smoke.

Problem is, it’s never really the last one, is it?

After all, self help techniques, products or gadgets can’t force you to get on the exercise bike.

You have to do that by yourself.
